The questionnaire is the basic method use for collecting information from the population during the Census. In deciding what the census questionnaire contains the following were taken into consideration:
The satisfaction of local data needs, in particular on topics that is of special importance to the country.

The need to ensure operational effectiveness at a minimal cost.
The collection of data for regional and international comparison
Maintain comparability between previous censuses and bridging any gaps that exist in data.

Swine Flu is a new influenza-like illness (ILI) first detected in Mexico on March 18, 2009. Swine Flu can be spread through contact with infected pigs or environments contaminated with the virus. Human-to-human spread has also been documented and is thought to be transmitted through droplet infection when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
