Sectoral and Island Sub-committees
As noted, the Steering Committee will be supported by twenty-seven policy-making sectoral and Island sub-committees.

Based on the existing challenges and issues in the society, and the features of the future society we may want to create, the following policy developing sectoral committees are proposed:
Taxation, revenue, and budgeting (the macro-economy)
Investment promotion and procurement – including small business development
Tourism – sun/beach, ecological, convention, health, and retiree segments
Financial and business services – not simply off-shore banking
Agriculture and food processing
Entertainment, gaming and craft
Physical planning, infrastructure, parks, and environmental protection
Housing
Education, skills training, and human resource development
Labour market regulations and full employment
Health and AIDS
Transportation and communication
Public utilities and energy
Poverty alleviation and welfare
Gender, youth and sport
Legal administration and justice.(ie police, courts, prisons, human & civil rights)
Governance –local and central, and institutional structures for development
Population, migration and citizenship
Science and technology
