The final session was the importance of change, where managers focused on how best to foster and implement changes which are conducive of a well-organized department. Exchanges of ideas and suggestions were made as the team looked on the challenges and opportunities of each department/office and how it relates to each member in the Ministry and the government service.

Swine Flu is a new influenza-like illness (ILI) first detected in Mexico on March 18, 2009. Swine Flu can be spread through contact with infected pigs or environments contaminated with the virus. Human-to-human spread has also been documented and is thought to be transmitted through droplet infection when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
